The Insurancenter recently redesigned its car wash insurance program web site, offering visitors more industry related information, convenience and helpful links.

"We are excited to announce that we now offer online application capabilities on our car wash site," says Randy Hiatt, V.P. of Underwriting, who oversees the car wash insurance program. In addition, several insurance articles, written by Insurancenter president and CEO, Scott Brothers, and published in the car care industry’s well-known trade publications, are now available on the site.

A new feature to the site includes access to 24/7 Client First Service (CSR24), which gives the policyholder access to their insurance policy information via the Internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For more information about this value-added service click here.

"Because the program is open brokerage, we have added a section for agents and brokers to access needed information to submit applications on behalf of their car care industry clients", says Hiatt.
