You can report an insurance claim one of two ways:

1. During office hours, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

2. After 5 p.m. and weekends

Call our 24-hour toll-free number at 800-444-8675 and follow the prompts to speak with one of our claims representatives.

If your car wash is insured with Allied and/or Nationwide Insurance Company, and you would like to report a claim directly to the carrier, call 866-322-3214.

When reporting a claim, have the following information available:

• Name of car wash
• Name of person to contact (Named insured on policy – person filing claim)
• Telephone number of person to contact
• Policy number (Located on the Declaration page of the policy or on your billing statement)
• Date of loss
• Explanation of what happened
